What is TRUSTED
Trusted’s relationship to scent development and creation through candles is deeply personal. In early 2020, Trusted began as an experiment in candle making in the Stone Mountain Garage of our Founder Monique Henry. Monique who studied Psychology and Neuroscience at the University began testing fragrances and scent combinations in her off time from school during the summer - she began by making robust scent layers, focusing on making something that her family could use, something that had edge and sophistication while still being true to a ethically sourced and safe candle
Our Founder invented the Smell Josephine a rich combination of Sweet Vanilla and Deep Mahogany, wrapping masculine with feminine in a supremely androgynous way. Since then she has tried mixing fragrances across the board to give her candles a layered scent while never staying away from the roots of "dirt and glamour". At Trusted we want to always remain true to these roots by constantly breaking the molds of traditionally smelling sweet candles and revolutionizing it by making it tangy, sultry, and even smokey.
Trusted Candles are all developed in Georgia with fragrance and natural oils found around the world. Each candle is hand-poured using a Virgin coconut wax blend and labeled in Georgia to be sent worldwide. You can trust that from now and to forever Trusted will continue to encourage your boldly lavish taste with a need for a trusted phenomenal smelling fragrance.

Care Recommendations
Trim the candle’s wick to ¼” before every burn
Allow the candle to burn for a minimum of 3-4 hours to prevent the wax from tunneling.
This is especially important for the first burn.
Care instructions are provided in the box of every candle.

What if my package is lost?
Once the package leaves our facility, it falls under the liability of the courier and can be subject to issues that are out of our control. You will need to contact the according shipping service for updates on any delays or shipping errors.

How can I track my order?
Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with corresponding tracking information. Please allow 48 business hours for the tracking to update.

How do I sign up for the recycle program?
In the event you want to receive another candle of the same fragrance, you are able to sign up for the Trusted Candle Recycle program and receive another candle half-off!
All you have to do is email us your order number and let us know you will be sending in your candle for recycling. Once we receive it we will clean and repour your candle. An email will be sent to you with payment instructions and your brand-new candle will be sent back to you for free!
